All information submitted through the KYC and Credit Application Forms must be true, complete, and accurate. MASAR Global Logistics LLC FZ reserves the right to verify any details provided and may reject or suspend applications containing incorrect or misleading information.

2. Document Submission Requirements

Applicants must upload valid and current documents, including trade licenses, identification, and compliance certificates. Submissions containing expired, altered, or unreadable documents may be declined.

3. Authorization & Legal Responsibility

By completing the registration forms, the applicant confirms they are an authorized representative of their company and have full legal authority to submit information on its behalf. The applicant accepts responsibility for all information provided.

4. Data Protection & Confidentiality

All submitted information is handled confidentially and used solely for onboarding, verification, compliance, and operational purposes. MASAR Global Logistics LLC FZ adheres to UAE and KSA data protection regulations and will not share information with third parties unless required by law.

5. Verification & Approval Process

Submission of forms does not guarantee approval. MASAR Global Logistics LLC FZ may request additional documents, conduct due‑diligence checks, or decline applications at its discretion. Service activation begins only after full verification and approval.

6. Credit Terms & Financial Assessment

Credit terms, if requested, are granted based on MASAR’s internal evaluation. MASAR Global Logistics LLC FZ may adjust, suspend, or revoke credit limits at any time based on payment history, risk assessment, or operational considerations.

7. Compliance With UAE & KSA, GCC Regulations

All clients and vendors must comply with UAE and KSA, GCC laws, customs regulations, transport rules, and MASAR’s operational policies. Non‑compliance may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Digital Signature & Consent

Checking the declaration box on the forms constitutes a legally binding digital signature. The applicant acknowledges that providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate rejection, suspension of services, and potential legal action.

9. Service Activation & Delays

MASAR Global Logistics LLC FZ is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete forms, missing documents, or incorrect information. Processing times may vary depending on verification requirements.

10. Amendments to Terms

MASAR Global Logistics LLC FZ may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the registration system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
